Keyboard Conversion

Overview

Many classically-trained piano players find it difficult to fit into today’s modern music. Raised by reading notes, and dribbling the scales, these pianist speak a different “language” when put in a band situation or a contemporary rock gig.

Keyboard Conversion seeks to help these musicians find their path in today’s contemporary repertoire. A minimum of a grade 5 (of any examination board) would be required as a technical foundation for this programme.

After completing these 48 modules, you will be equipped with the relevant techniques and knowledge to transform your classical background into practical gigs.
